COVID - 19
With the UK currently in lockdown Wales is closed to visitors for the time being. We are pleased to be able to confirm that from 27th March 2021 we will be open again to our Welsh guests, and to our English guests from 12th April 2021 (& Scotland later in April )following latest Welsh First Ministers' update. As always we are ensuring Government guidelines are followed and measures are in place to support our customers before, during and after their visit.
Covid 19 Refund Policy

We understand that in the current climate booking your break away can be concerning with the potential threat of another lockdown. We can confirm that in the event of a Government lockdown or travel ban caused by Covid 19 , affecting your area or indeed here , whether national or local , we will guarantee to refund your booking OR move your break to the alternative dates of your choice ( with any balance due to change of rate repaid or topped up as required).

Should your break need to be cancelled due to you or one of your group having to self-isolate due to Covid 19, unfortunately we will be unable to refund your booking unless we are able to rebook to other guests; we will however do all we can to resolve this for you. We would therefore recommend you take out Holiday Insurance to cover for such an eventuality as extra protection.
